Perkembangan Pemanfaatan Geographic Information System (GIS) dalam Maritime Surveillance: Analisis Bibliometrik dan Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi geospasial telah mendorong pemanfaatan Geographic Information System (GIS) sebagai salah satu teknologi utama dalam mendukung maritime surveillance. Namun demikian, penelitian mengenai GIS dalam domain maritim masih berkembang secara terfragmentasi sehingga belum tersedia pemetaan yang komprehensif mengenai struktur intelektual, tren penelitian, serta arah pengembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan perkembangan penelitian GIS dalam maritime surveillance melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dipadukan dengan bibliometric analysis. Proses seleksi literatur mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 terhadap artikel yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus periode 2016–2026. Dari 370 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 99 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer melalui network, overlay, dan density visualization, kemudian disintesis menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Geographic Information System merupakan tema sentral yang memiliki keterhubungan paling kuat dengan Remote Sensing, Oil Spill, Monitoring, Coastal Management, dan Risk Assessment. Analisis temporal menunjukkan pergeseran penelitian dari pemetaan wilayah pesisir menuju pemanfaatan penginderaan jauh, kemudian berkembang ke penerapan Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, dan Deep Learning sebagai pendekatan analitik baru. Content analysis mengidentifikasi enam tema utama penelitian, dengan dominasi kajian mengenai Coastal Management dan Oil Spill Monitoring, sedangkan integrasi kecerdasan buatan masih relatif terbatas. Sintesis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan GIS dalam maritime surveillance berlangsung melalui tiga fase, yaitu pemetaan wilayah pesisir, integrasi GIS dan Remote Sensing, serta integrasi GIS dan Artificial Intelligence. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang penelitian selanjutnya terletak pada pengembangan sistem maritime surveillance yang lebih adaptif melalui integrasi GIS dengan teknologi analitik cerdas dan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis data.
